Custom Quest to get Alchemist's Skill: Bioethics.
Originally the Bioethics Skill is a special Alchemist quest that you can get Lighthalzen City, but currently the City of Lighthalzen is not yet implemented but it will in a future episode update. And we considered this skill the be somewhat one of the bread and butter skill of Alchemists that make them unique and to make Alchemists more than just a Brewer for potions.
So for now, a Custom Skill Quest is made for this skill directly, until the release of Lighthalzen Episode in the future, we have decided this the only way to learn all of the Bioethics Skill. How to get Bioethics Skill: You must already job changed to the Alchemist class, they're the only class that can learn this skill.
Next go to Juno, go to the east of the Tool Dealer Shop to find an NPC named 'Kellasus' (yuno 224, 140) standing near a tree.
Talk to him and he will provide you that he is a Custom NPC for the Bioethics Skill and will ask you if you want to learn the skill.
Simply press 'Yes' if you want to learn this skill, 'No' if you don't. Once you made your Decision you will automatically learn this skill and your skill tree will be automatically be updated with the Bioethics skill.
