Enhance your donation by including a streamer code during checkout. By doing so, you get an extra +10% Pixel Coins as a bonus and the streamer linked to your code will receive 10% of your donation value, either in GCash Coupon or Pixel Coin. For example, a PHP 1,000 contribution earns you 1,100 Pixel Coin while rewarding the streamer with PHP 100 GCash Coupon or 100 Pixel Coins. How to Donate and Claim Your Donations

    • Navigate to our website and click on the Top-Up option in the menu.

  2. Start Your Donation

    • Scroll to the bottom of the Top-Up page and click Donate. You will be redirected to a new page.

    • Click the Top-Up button to begin.

  1. Input Donation Details

    • A mini window will appear. Follow these steps:

      • Select your preferred currency.

      • Enter your donation amount (minimum PHP 100).

      • In the Write Your Message field, input your username and in-game name (IGN).

    • Fill in your Name and a valid Email Address.

    • Agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box.

  2. Choose Payment Method

    • Click on Choose Payment Method and select your preferred payment option.

  3. For GCash Payments

    • Input your GCash-registered mobile number.

    • GCash will send a 6-digit authentication code to your number. Enter the code.

    • Input your MPIN, then click PAY.

  4. Final Step

    • Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and note the reference number (if provided).

    • Send the screenshot and details to our Facebook Page for verification.

How to Redeem Your Donations

  • Receive Your Donation Code

    • After completing your donation and sending the details to our Facebook Page, you will receive a mail notification (RodEx).

  • Locate the Donation Manager NPC

    • Visit Cassie (Donation Exchange) inside the Main Office in-game to start the redemption process.

  • Redeem Your Donation

    • Interact with the NPC and choose the option "Claim Credits" from the menu.

  • If you have a Streamer Code, enter it when prompted.

  • Confirm Your Bonus

    • The NPC will display the details of your claim, including any bonus rewards (e.g., a 10% bonus for donations).

  • Receive Your Coins

    • The NPC will notify you once the transaction is complete, and your Pixel Coins will be added to your inventory.
